While some argue that this approach is fair and necessary, I strongly believe that all individuals should be entitled to the same amount of holidays, regardless of their job.
First and foremost, it is important to recognize that everyone needs time off to rest and rejuvenate, regardless of their profession. Whether one is a doctor, a teacher, or a construction worker, the demands of their job can take a toll on their physical and mental well-being. Therefore, it is essential that all individuals have the same opportunity to take a break from work and spend quality time with their loved ones.
